• Orders are shipped through a third-party courier service. You will receive a notification email once the order is completed and dispatched.
• Orders after 1PM will be processed the following business day.
• A secondary phone number increases the chances of a successful delivery.
• Actual costs for shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.

• Orders within Cairo-Giza takes 1-3 days to be delivered.
• Orders outside Cairo-Giza takes 2-5 days to be delivered.

We only exchange or refund unworn, undamaged garments, within a 14 day period after the purchase. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt/order confirmation and it will be inspected. If the condition of the purchased item is not in its original state of purchase we will not exchange/return the item. Refund will be made in the form of the original payment within 30 days after cancellation. Shipping charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

The cash on delivery option is only available for order made inside of EGYPT only. In case of choosing this payment option, the client is required to have the full amount of the order and delivery fee ready paid to the courier representative before receiving the order.
